Products and Services Covered

This Return Policy applies to:

  • Physical products (sustainable design materials, sample kits, etc.)
  • Digital products (templates, models, texture packs, etc.)
  • Design services (custom designs, consultations, etc.)
  • Educational content (workshop registrations, paid courses, etc.)

Different return conditions may apply to different types of purchases, as detailed below.

Physical Products

Return Eligibility

You may return physical products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging
  • The product has not been used, assembled, or modified
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
  • The product is not listed as non-returnable in the product description

Non-Returnable Items

The following physical items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Materials that have been cut or processed to your specifications
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging (except if received damaged)
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale

Return Process

To return a physical product:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@blossomsstore.world within 30 days of receiving the product
  2. Include your order number and the reason for return
  3. Wait for our team to provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  4. Package the product securely in its original packaging if possible
  5. Include the RAN and your order information in the package
  6. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival
  • We sent you the wrong product
  • The product differs significantly from its description

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs.

Digital Products

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we may offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • The digital product is fundamentally different from its description
  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing or using the product
  • The product contains significant errors or omissions that affect its usability

Refund Process for Digital Products

To request a refund for a digital product:

  2. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information
  4. If approved, we will process your refund and revoke access to the digital product

Design Services

Cancellation Policy

For design services:

  • You may cancel a service before work has begun for a full refund
  • If work has begun but is not completed, a partial refund may be available, less costs for work already performed
  • Once a design project is completed and delivered, refunds are only available if the deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon specifications

Revisions and Amendments

Our design services typically include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Please review the specific terms provided in your service agreement or proposal.

Educational Content

Workshop and Course Registrations

For workshops and paid educational content:

  • You may cancel up to 14 days before the scheduled date for a full refund
  • Cancellations between 14 days and 48 hours before the event may receive a partial refund (50%)
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund
  • You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost
  • If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled event

Refund Processing

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.

Refund Timeframe

After approving your refund request:

  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to process
  • Other payment methods may have different processing times

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above
  2. Indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange
  3. Specify the product you would like to receive instead

If the exchange item has a different price:

  • If the new item costs more, we will charge the difference to your original payment method
  • If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  2. Include photographs showing the damage or defect

We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.

Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under New Zealand Consumer Law. If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These rights are not affected by our Return Policy.
